I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was awful, although the big bathroom was clean and comfortable. The 'Eiffel Tower View' was quite ambitious. Despite some room issues, the service, especially from Racheal and Alexis, was very helpful. The location was fantastic, close to major attractions but not in a crowded area. Unfortunately, the dining options were quite limited, but the gyu-don dishes were decent.
